WHO WE ARE

We are the Trade Finance Service Centre, a large and critical area within Operations. With more than 100 professionals, we cover Traditional Trade products, including bank guarantees and documentary products. We service main European markets such as Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.

MISSION

As a Guarantees Officer, you will ensure the seamless issuance and management of international guarantees. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational accuracy and compliance within our global trade framework.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the issuance of direct and indirect international guarantees.
• Perform strict controls to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with European sites, Global Trade Service, and Legal departments.
• Register all transactions in bank tools with high accuracy.
• Maintain precise guarantee records and handle reporting activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong capacity for teamwork.
