The role
As a Business Group Coordinator, you will manage the collection and assessment of Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance. You will work within our CIB division, playing a vital role in maintaining our institutional standards and risk management integrity.
What you'll do
- Collect and analyze legal and KYC documentation to identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
- Review sanction, embargo, and PEP information using specialized databases to mitigate institutional risk.
- Comply with international regulatory requirements, including FATCA, AEOI (CRS), and MiFID.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve KYC-related matters and challenge relationship managers when necessary.
- Monitor documentation follow-ups and trigger scheduled customer recertifications.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- You have experience in KYC, due diligence, or regulatory compliance within a banking environment.
- You possess strong analytical skills to verify complex legal documents and mandates.
- You can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and relationship managers.
- You are detail-oriented and capable of managing strict regulatory deadlines.
- You have a proactive approach to assisting with ad hoc projects and training new team members.
