At Marlex People, we are looking to hire a STORE MANAGER for one of our clients, a renowned menswear firm, in Valencia.

We are looking for a person with experience in the retail sector, leadership capacity, and a results orientation, who will take on the responsibility of the integral management of the establishment, organized across three floors, coordinating the different teams and guaranteeing the correct functioning of the store.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the daily activity of the three floors of the establishment.
Lead, organize, and motivate the team of sales assistants.
Distribute tasks and manage staff shifts and needs.
Guarantee excellent customer service and shopping experience.
Supervise the replenishment, organization, and presentation of the product.
Control stock and ensure the correct operational functioning of the store.
Monitor commercial objectives and analyze results.
Ensure compliance with the brand's image and quality standards.
