What we're looking for

Essential Experience in the Textile / Footwear Sector: Provide at least 2 or 3 years of consolidated experience acting as a Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager exclusively in the fashion, footwear, or accessories retail sector. (Profiles from other sectors that do not match this specific experience will be discarded).
Management Competencies: Demonstrated capacity for incident resolution, results orientation, and motivating leadership of teams on the shop floor.
Technical Profile: Fluent command of store management IT tools, payment terminals, and textile stock control.
Exclusionary Geographical and Mobility Requirement: To guarantee fluid, real mobility fully adapted to rotating shifts, it is an indispensable requirement to reside within a maximum of 30 to 45 minutes from the workplace.
Authorized geographical axis (from South to North): Strictly comprised from Benidorm to Tavernes de la Valldigna.
Geographical exclusions: Applications from residents outside of this axis, in inland areas with less road connectivity (such as Alcoy), as well as in Alicante capital or other areas that exceed the established maximum travel time, are completely ruled out.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and split shift), adapted to the opening hours of the shopping center.
Economic Remuneration: Gross annual salary between €21,000 and €23,000 (to be agreed upon according to the candidate's value and contribution).

At ConfiARTE we are looking to hire a Store Manager passionate about the textile, fashion, and footwear sector, with a solid track record in businesses within this sector. What you'll do

Fashion Team Leadership: Coordination, motivation, training, and supervision of store staff to guarantee an excellent shopping experience aligned with industry trends.
Daily Point of Sale Operations: Control of openings and closings, comprehensive cash management, balancing, POS, and daily transactions.
Stock and Textile Product Control: Receipt of merchandise, management of racks/displays, strict control of sizes, colors, replenishment, and management of periodic inventories.
Visual Merchandising and Commercial Styling: Impeccable implementation and maintenance of window dressing standards, order, folding, ironing, and the visual aesthetics of the store.
Commercial Optimization and KPIs: Analysis and monitoring of sales indicators specialized in fashion (conversion, average ticket, units per ticket, and cross-selling).
Assisted Selling and Customer Experience: Personalized advice on the floor and driving sales.
