Would you like to be part of a strategic project within the field of facilities, energy efficiency, and supplies? Do you have training or experience in technical, energy, or facilities management? Join us as a procurement technician in our logistics team and be the point of reference for the assigned stores. You will be responsible for optimizing orders, adapting them to specific needs, and maintaining a close relationship with the store teams. A dynamic, analytical job that is essential to guarantee product availability and the proper functioning of the service.

Additionally:

• Review and adjustment of orders:
  • Review the automatic proposals generated by the software and adjust them to the real needs of each store.
  • Take into account factors such as holidays, promotions, or special events.
  • Parameterize the software to improve the accuracy of orders in the future.
• Support and communication with stores:
  • Contact assigned stores to assess orders and resolve doubts.
  • Act as a support and trusted reference for a fixed group of stores (approximately 10).
• In-person visits:
  • Make weekly visits to the stores to detect needs and offer closer support.
  • Adapt recommendations to the specific characteristics of each store.
• Team collaboration:
  • Manage assigned stores autonomously, ensuring follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Work with the team to resolve incidents and provide improvements to the procurement process.

💻 You will be able to have 2 days of teleworking.

🕚 Intensive morning schedule from 6am to 2pm.
