Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a hotel waiter/waitress assistant in a 4 or 5* hotel or gourmet restaurant.
Nice to have
Knowledge of the MICROS operating system will be valued
Education & certifications
Studies in Catering and Gastronomy (Vocational Training or similar), specific module in Hotel and Restaurant Service.

The role
This is the person responsible for performing the service and sale of food and beverages with autonomy and responsibility.
They will maintain a good relationship with customers and associates.
What you'll do
•Perform waiter/waitress duties following the St Regis service culture as well as the standards defined by the Brand.
•Adequately maintain their area and work utensils.
•Prepare the setup for service, tables, carts, or any other furniture/equipment commonly used in the development of the service.
