Maintenance Engineering Internship for automotive component manufacturing machinery (TEF3)

• Monitoring and control of the machine maintenance repair improvement program (TOP3).

• Collaboration on plans to improve the elimination of oil leaks.

• Collaboration on the procurement of spare parts and maintenance services.

• Department meetings: minutes and monitoring of actions.

• SAP for maintenance tasks: Calculation of MTTR and MTBF (Key maintenance times).

• Support in the organization of preventive maintenance for tempering machines.

• Collaboration on plans to reduce tempering machine breakdowns.

• Studies in Technical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

• High level of Spanish and intermediate level of English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Work experience not required.

• Colaboración en los planes de mejora de eliminación de fugas de aceite.

• Colaboración en la compra de piezas de repuesto y servicios de mantenimiento.

• Reuniones del Dpto: actas y seguimiento de medidas.

• SAP para tareas de mantenimiento: Cálculo de MTTR y MTBF (Tiempos característicos en mantenimiento)

• Apoyo en organización de mantenimientos preventivos de atemperadores.

• Colaboración en los planes de mejora de reducción de averías de atemperadores
