The role

We are looking for a Lead CSA Supervisor to lead one of the most relevant industrial projects in the area. A profile with technical vision, on-site criteria, and the ability to anticipate problems before they arise. Someone who masters steel structures and precast concrete, and who enjoys being on site, making decisions, and setting the pace of execution.

You will be the key figure ensuring that Civil, Structure, and Architecture works progress according to schedule, quality standards, and cost objectives.

What you'll do

Comprehensive site supervision - Control of foundations and steel/precast structures, ensuring quality and technical compliance.
Technical inspections - Continuous review of drawings, specifications, and regulations, ensuring flawless execution.
Deviation management - Early detection of issues and proposal of quick, effective solutions.
Team leadership - Coordination and supervision of 3-4 technicians, ensuring alignment, quality, and pace.
Project Management coordination - Active participation in meetings with the Senior Construction Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
Reporting and control - Documentation of progress, preparation of reports, and tracking of key milestones.
