Preventive Resource

OBJECTIVE/S
To ensure compliance with the preventive measures that have been adopted in the company and that are set out in the Health and Safety Plan. To make effective the control of those risks that make their presence mandatory. This means ensuring that the measures set out in the occupational health and safety plan are followed.

FUNCTIONS
• - To monitor compliance with the preventive activities related to the risks arising from work, verifying the effectiveness of the preventive activities planned and adapting them to the foreseen and unforeseen risks derived from the situation that determines the need for the presence of Preventive Resources.
• - If deficient compliance with such preventive activities is observed, they must make the necessary recommendations for their correct and immediate compliance. Likewise, they must inform the employer so that the latter adopts the necessary measures to correct the deficiencies detected, if these have not yet been remedied.
The preventive resource must be present throughout the entire time the situation that determines its presence persists. This is not incompatible with simultaneously carrying out a different productive activity, provided that such monitoring work is not compromised. Obviously, when not carrying out monitoring tasks, the designated or assigned worker may perform any other productive or preventive activity in the company.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/S - OTHERS
- Basic level PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course, 60 hours.
- Desirable: intermediate technician training or a Master's in PRL with the 3 specialties.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Valuable, but not essential

Driver's license and own vehicle

OBJETIVO/S
Vigilar que se cumplan las medidas preventivas que se hayan adoptado en la empresa y que están recogidas en el Plan de Seguridad y Salud. Hacer que sea efectivo el control de aquellos riesgos que hacen obligatoria su presencia. Esto es que se sigan las medidas recogidas en el plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

FUNCIONES
• - Vigilar el cumplimiento de las actividades preventivas relacionadas con los riesgos que se deriven del trabajo, comprobando la eficacia de las actividades preventivas previstas en la Planificación y adecuando las mismas a los riesgos previstos y no previstos derivados de la situación que determina la necesidad de la presencia de Recursos Preventivos.
• - Si se observa un cumplimiento deficiente de dichas actividades preventivas, deberán hacer las indicaciones necesarias para el correcto e inmediato cumplimiento de las mismas. A su vez, deberán informar al empresario para que este adopte las medidas necesarias para corregir las deficiencias detectadas si estas no hubieran sido subsanadas aún.
El recurso preventivo deberá estar presente durante todo el tiempo en que se mantenga la situación que determine su presencia. No es incompatible con que simultáneamente pueda desarrollar una actividad productiva distinta, siempre que dicha labor de vigilancia no se vea menoscabada. Obviamente, cuando no realice las tareas de vigilancia, el trabajador designado o asignado puede realizar cualquier otra actividad productiva o preventiva en la empresa.

TITULACIÓN/ES ACADÉMICA/S - OTROS
- Curso de PRL de nivel básico 60 horas.
- Deseable formación de técnico intermedio o Máster PRL con las 3 especialidades
