The role

We are looking for an OSH and HR technician. The selected person will actively participate in the main Human Resources processes, including recruitment and training, while also providing support to Occupational Risk Prevention activities in coordination with the external prevention service.

What you'll do

- Daily attendance control, tracking of working days, and absenteeism control.
- Training plan: monitoring the procedure from requesting quotes from suppliers, logistics of calls for training, attendance monitoring, documentary records…
- Support for the onboarding phase (HR and OSH)
- Coordination of Business Activities
- Internal Communication
- training and experience in HR and OSH functions in both departments
- support for the OSH coordinator

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (OSH).
Previous experience in generalist Human Resources positions.
Experience in industrial environments is a plus.
Professional experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly valued.
Profile with a global vision of HR and the ability to operate in dynamic and productive environments.
Ability to collaborate closely with the various departments of the organization.
Proactive, organized person oriented towards continuous improvement.
