The role

We are looking for a Site Technician to coordinate and supervise rehabilitation projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget. The selected person will combine field work with technical and documentary management, actively participating in all phases of project execution.

What you'll do

Supervise and perform daily monitoring of works in progress.
Coordinate resources and control the progress of field work.
Manage the technical and administrative documentation of the projects.
Prepare budgets and perform the economic monitoring of the works.
Guarantee compliance with quality standards, safety, and current regulations.
Maintain communication with technical teams, suppliers, and clients.
Support the planning and organization of projects until their completion.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher Vocational Training in Building and Civil Engineering or similar.
Minimum experience of 2 years in management or execution of works.
Experience in passive fire protection, rehabilitation, and installations is highly valued.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and an advanced level of Microsoft Office.
Driving license and availability for travel to sites.
Organized, decisive, and responsible profile with the ability to work autonomously.
