Senior Mechanical and Electrical Installations Project Technician

We are looking for a

Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Engineer

to join our team and take part in the comprehensive development of industrial and building projects.

What will you do?

• Development of electrical installations projects in industrial and building environments.
• Development of mechanical installations projects: HVAC, ventilation, fire protection systems, etc., in industrial and non-residential building environments.
• Drafting of basic and executive projects.
• Review and approval of drawings.
• Preparation of technical reports and budgets.
• Checking, reviewing, and approving drawings.
• Technical justification of the proposed solutions.
• Processing of files before the administration.
• Management of project approval before official bodies and Collaborating Entities.

• Minimum experience of 5 years performing similar functions in electrical and/or mechanical installations engineering.
• Experience in the design of electrical and mechanical installations and Fire Protection Systems (FPS)
• Solid knowledge of regulations
• Software skills: Caneco, Dmelect, Dialux, HAP. Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of English is a plus

Ingeniero/a de Instalaciones Mecánicas y Eléctricas

para incorporarse a nuestro equipo y participar en el desarrollo integral de proyectos industriales y de edificación.

¿Qué harás?

• Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones eléctricas en entornos industriales y de edificación.
• Desarrollo de proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas: climatización, ventilación, PCI, etc., en el entorno industrial y de edificación no residencial.
• Redacción de proyectos básicos y ejecutivos.
• Revisión y aprobación de planos.
• Elaboración de memorias técnicas y presupuestos.
• Comprobación, revisión y aprobación de planos.
• Justificación técnica de las soluciones propuestas.
• Tramitación de expedientes ante la administración.
• Gestión de la aprobación de proyectos ante organismos oficiales y Entidades Colaboradoras.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años realizando funciones similares en ingeniería de instalaciones eléctricas y/o mecánicas.
• Experiencia en el diseño de instalaciones eléctricas y mecánicas y sistemas de Protección Contra Incendios (PCI)
• Sólido conocimiento de normativa
• Manejo de software: Caneco, Dmelect, Dialux, HAP. Valorable conocimiento en BIM.
• Valorable conocimiento elevado de inglés
