Work mode: On-site

Location: Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. Intensive schedule in summer (July and August).

The functions you will perform and learn are:

- Collaboration in the development of the Internal Audit Plan (conducting restaurant visits, reviewing and analyzing risks at various points)

- Collaboration in the development of procedures, as well as ensuring that they are followed.

- Visits to establishments.

- Support in administrative tasks related to internal audit.
