Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate Vocational Training, University Studies, or a Master's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields
It is essential to be able to sign an Internship Agreement with a Business School, study center, and/or University

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, we have intensive working hours in July and August.

What you'll do

We are looking for someone to focus on pre-selecting personnel to work in our restaurants. The duties you will carry out and what you will learn are:

Posting job openings on employment portals
Resume screening
Phone interviews
Database management and tracking of vacancies
Administrative management of employee registration requests
Follow-up with the operations department for proper job placement

What are we looking for in you?

Enthusiasm and drive
Motivation to learn and grow
That you have studied Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related degrees
That you have the possibility of signing a work placement agreement for 6 months with a university, study center or business school.
