Internship/Traineeship in Personnel Selection - Burger King

Our offices are located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

We are looking for someone to focus on pre-selecting personnel to work in our restaurants. The duties you will carry out and what you will learn are:

• Posting job openings on employment portals
• Resume screening
• Phone interviews
• Database management and tracking of vacancies
• Administrative management of employee registration requests
• Follow-up with the operations department for proper job placement

• Intermediate Vocational Training, University Studies, or a Master's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields
• It is essential to be able to sign an Internship Agreement with a Business School, study center, and/or University

• A great work environment in a department that keeps growing

• Possibility of staying with the company after the internship, depending on performance and company needs
• Study allowance of 600€ gross/month during the 6 months of the internship at 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, we have intensive working hours in July and August.

Estamos buscando una persona que se centre en la pre selección de personal para trabajar en nuestros restaurantes. Las funciones que llevarás a cabo y con las que vas a aprender son:

• Publicación de ofertas en portales de empleo
• Criba curricular
• Entrevistas telefónicas.
• Gestión de base de datos y seguimiento de vacantes.
• Gestión administrativa de solicitud del alta del trabajador.
• Seguimiento con el departamento de operaciones para la correcta inserción laboral.

• FP Grado Medio, Estudios Universitarios o Máster en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o titulaciones afines
• Imprescindible poder firmar Convenio de Prácticas con alguna Escuela de Negocios, centro de estudios y/o Universidad

• Buen ambiente de trabajo, en un departamento que no deja de crecer
• La oportunidad de aprender y adquirir experiencia en una empresa líder y conocida mundialmente
• Posibilidad de quedarse en la empresa al finalizar la beca, dependiendo del desempeño y la necesidad de la compañía
• Ayuda al estudio de 600€ brutos/mensuales durante los 6 meses de la beca a 40h semanales.
• Horario de Lunes a Jueves 8:30 a 17:30 y Viernes 9:00 a 15:00. Además, contamos con jornada intensiva en Julio y Agosto.
