About the role

Real projects, challenges from day one

At WSP we work to transform engineering through innovation, technical expertise, and design excellence. Our teams take part in projects that combine complexity, impact, and ambition. If you have just finished your studies or have little experience, and you want to grow quickly in a demanding environment, this is the place for you.

We are expanding our Bidding & Commercial team in Santander and are looking to bring in a profile with solid database knowledge and a strong interest in data analysis, capable of providing specialized support to our business intelligence teams.

What will your role be?

What you'll do

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of databases and experience with visualization tools within the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and/or Power Apps), able to prepare, transform, and structure business data to create dashboards and automate reports and processes. The role requires a strong ability to manage automation projects—from gathering and analyzing requirements to planning, monitoring, and evaluating through KPIs—working with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams. Integrated into the Data Analysis and Business Intelligence team, this position will have a support and collaboration focus with different internal teams to improve the quality, analysis, visualization, and consistency of data in decision-making. We especially value a proactive profile, with an analytical mindset, a results-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Your main responsibilities include analyzing internal and client processes to identify improvement opportunities based on data and automation; designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI; creating, optimizing, and monitoring automations in Power Automate; developing internal or client-facing applications with Power Apps; managing and structuring workspaces, lists, and libraries; documenting technical and functional requirements; preparing user manuals and guides; supporting the implementation of new solutions and providing basic training; as well as collaborating closely with internal teams to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and translate them into efficient and scalable technological solutions

What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with more than 5 years of experience, solid SQL knowledge, and expert command of the Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps), capable of integrating Power Platform with various data sources and internal or external systems. We value strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and a clear commitment to continuous learning, especially in emerging technologies that may be key to the organization's evolution.

What you'll get

  • Joining a technical team with real projects from day one

  • Flexible working hours and a continuous training plan

  • Support from senior profiles and a real learning environment

  • Flexible compensation and access to employee benefits
