• Dataverse Architecture: Deep understanding of data modeling, security, and architectural best practices within Dataverse.

• Power Platform Ecosystem: Technical expertise in designing complex automations using Power Automate and business process flows.

• Languages: Advanced level of English (C1 required for managing global stakeholders) and fluent Spanish.

• Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.

As the ultimate functional and technical authority for the project, you will lead the design, configuration, and ongoing governance of our LMS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse:

• Shape the Future of Data: You will define and maintain the data model for Accounts, Customers, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities within Dataverse.

• Optimize the Global Pipeline: You will design and configure opportunity management processes, including qualification flows, scoring, and intelligent routing and assignment.

• Advanced Automation: You will create business rules, workflows with Power Automate, dashboards, and robust security models to ensure flawless operations.

• 360° Data Governance: You will establish uniqueness and deduplication rules to provide a clean, complete view of customer interaction history.

• Ecosystem Synchronization: You will coordinate integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and technical compliance.
