What we're looking for

To feel comfortable in this position, you should be proficient in:

Training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas.
Knowledge of logistical flows, planning, and production control.
Experience or knowledge in non-conformity management and inventory control.
Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace collaborative tools.
Fluent Spanish level and basic English (reading and writing).

The role

Do you feel like joining the team and participating in a project within the industrial/aeronautical sector as part of a multidisciplinary team made up of professionals from Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Planning? We are looking for a person to contribute to guaranteeing the availability of materials in the workshop, ensuring the correct coordination of logistical flows and the alignment between management systems and operational reality.

Location: Albacete, (hybrid model: 3 days remote and 2 in-person).

What you'll do

Act as a liaison between Production, Workshop, and Supply Chain to manage incidents related to materials and missing parts.
Ensure the availability of materials at the point of use, providing support to daily work orders and the operational needs of the workshop.
Supervise and coordinate the logistical flows associated with non-conformities, material losses, delivery excesses, and returns to stock.
Guarantee the correct traceability and correspondence between the physical inventory and the information recorded in SAP.
Perform monitoring of the different areas of the workshop to ensure the proper movement and location of materials.
