What you'll do

Comprehensive management of procurement and purchasing processes.
Monitoring of the complete acquisition cycle, from request to receipt and closing of purchases.
Management and control of seats, equipment, galleries, materials, and emergency equipment.
Maintenance of purchase tracking, ensuring traceability and control of all requests and orders.
Preparation of periodic reports (reporting) on the status of purchases, inventory, and consumption.
Coordination with suppliers and internal areas to guarantee compliance with deadlines and business needs.
Carrying out follow-up activities on orders, deliveries, incidents, and pending actions.
Control and documentary management associated with purchasing processes.
