At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Engineer (Procurement Management) to join a major industrial project. The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive procurement management of service packages, equipment supply, and the contracting of construction and installation companies, actively participating throughout the entire project life cycle.

We are looking for a profile with a solid track record in industrial project procurement, accustomed to working in Fast Track environments and with experience in the technical, contractual, and economic management of EPC contracts, collaborating closely with the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines.

What you'll do

  • Develop the procurement strategy of the project, defining the planning and contracting methodology for equipment, services, and construction.
  • Manage complete procurement processes for supply packages, specialized services, and construction contracts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, construction companies, installers, and service providers.
  • Prepare short lists of candidate companies for brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • Coordinate tendering processes in collaboration with the heads of the various engineering disciplines.
  • Negotiate technical, economic, and contractual conditions with suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage contracts, monitoring their execution and ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, and agreed conditions.
  • Manage Change Orders and contractual modifications during project execution.
  • Perform economic monitoring of contracts, supplies, and services, controlling deviations and optimizing costs.
