Scrum Master for French speaking projects

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed and international teams.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, servant leadership, and conflict management skills.
• C1 level of French is essential, both spoken and written.
• English level sufficient to work in international environments.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar.
• PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certifications will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering practices will be a plus.

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience leading agile software development teams, fluency in French, and a strong vocation for servant leadership, continuous improvement, and team facilitation in international environments.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption and correct application of agile methodologies, promoting collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

You will act as a facilitator and servant leader, helping teams maximize value delivery, remove impediments, improve delivery predictability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will participate in agile transformation initiatives and support the implementation of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Your responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Accompany and train teams in Agile principles and values.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance.
• Promote collaboration and communication between technical and business teams.
• Analyze agile metrics and propose continuous improvement actions. Drive self-organizing and results-oriented teams.
• Support agile transformation initiatives in client organizations.
• Ensure transparency regarding project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with French-speaking stakeholders.
• Ensure the correct application of agile practices and the achievement of each sprint's objectives.
