The role

At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking to hire a Senior Project Leader to work on an automotive sector project in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona).

The selected person will lead the comprehensive development of bumper systems and exterior trim for a client, managing the product from the initial design phases through to industrialization and series launch.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of exterior component development.
Technical and constructive definition of the product.
Monitoring of CAD design and development.
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
Management of planning, quality, costs, and deadlines.
Monitoring of prototypes and functional and geometric validations.
Coordination of testing and homologations.
Support for manufacturing, industrialization, and series launch.
Liaison with engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and the client.
Management and resolution of technical incidents during development.

How you'll work

Modality: hybrid, 60% remote work and 40% on-site in Sant Esteve Sesrovires.
