Tech Lead Java - French Telecom Sector

We are looking for a Tech Lead Java with more than five years of experience in software development projects for the French telecom sector, with fluent English and/or French, a strong passion for technology, and an interest in being part of a highly technological talent ecosystem, in a multicultural environment, and within an active, dynamic culture with an open mindset.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on large-scale projects and development with Java 8+.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SpringBoot.
• Ideally experience in Microservices architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams with agile methodologies.
• Participation and control in all phases of software development.
• Git & CI/CD (Jenkins, Travis, GitLab, TeamCity, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate/advanced level of French and English is required.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is essential.

• WebLogic or related to J2EE Application Servers, PaaS, Kubernetes, ECS, Kafka, SharePoint...
• REST, SOAP, HTTP, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, and general web development concepts.

As a Tech Lead Java, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. You will be responsible for technically leading the development team, guiding architectural decision-making, and ensuring the adoption of good programming practices, quality standards, and modern design patterns for telecom sector projects. You will work in an agile and international environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams such as product owners, architects, QA, and other developers, fostering effective communication and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will actively participate in defining and evolving the software architecture, proposing improvements, identifying optimization opportunities, and promoting technological innovation. Your role will also involve mentoring other developers, facilitating team growth, as well as code review and implementing processes that ensure the quality, efficiency, and maintainability of delivered solutions. You will actively contribute to the evolution of development processes, continuous integration, and deployment, ensuring agile delivery aligned with business objectives.

• Software development and maintenance: Create and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.
  Participate in the development of the most complex functionalities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multifunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver
  robust software solutions.
• Code review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security. Oversee developments
  carried out by the team. Promote good development practices and processes.
• Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve engineering practices for
  software. Propose improvements in application development.
• Technical leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design. Help the
  team identify pending work in a project.
