Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience as a backend developer in Java
Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical reference
Proficiency in:
- Spring Boot, Spring Data
- Microservices and hexagonal architecture
- Kafka or similar messaging systems
- CI/CD and tools such as Git
- Relational and NoSQL databases
Experience in testing (unit and integration)
Knowledge of API design and API-first approach
Experience in performance optimization and asynchronous systems

The role

You will take part in an ambitious digital transformation process aimed at creating global solutions for time management, operational planning, and resource optimization in international environments.

You will work on evolving toward modern architectures, eliminating legacy systems, and developing scalable, flexible platforms adapted to different markets.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Technical Backend Lead Java with a solid technical foundation and leadership skills, who will be responsible for:

Defining and evolving the system architecture
Ensuring code quality and best practices
Technically leading the team in developing robust and scalable solutions
Participating in functional and technical design from scratch
Promoting the use of new technologies, including AI applied to development
Backend development with Java (modern versions)
Designing architectures based on microservices and hexagonal architecture
Designing APIs using an API-first approach (OpenAPI / Swagger)
Implementing event-driven systems with messaging (Kafka, queues)
Managing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases
Overseeing CI/CD pipelines and deployments in cloud environments (Kubernetes / OpenShift)
Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Dynatrace)
Applying best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, TDD)
Leading technical decisions and supporting the team
