At Carrefour Insurance, we are looking for analytical and commercial talent to join our Business Development team in Alcobendas. Your mission will be to connect our customers' needs with key insurance solutions (life, auto, home, payment protection), transforming market data and commercial intelligence into real business opportunities.
What will your daily challenges be?
●Market and competitor analysis: You will research the latest trends in the insurance sector and perform benchmarking exercises to compare prices, coverage, and strategies in banking, insurance, and large retail stores.
●Data intelligence and reporting: You will provide support in the extraction, monitoring, and visualization of commercial KPIs (conversion rates, profitability, and cross-selling associated with products such as the Carrefour PASS card).
●Product and campaign design: You will work hand in hand with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to devise promotions and adapt policies to our customers.
●B2B partner management: You will offer operational support in the relationship with the main associated insurance companies (preparation of presentations, results reports, and follow-up minutes).
●Customer Experience (CX) Optimization: You will analyze the complete contracting process (in-person, telephone, and App) to detect areas for improvement and make the experience more agile and fluid.
Education: Students in their final years or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Profile: A combination of an analytical mindset with a commercial vision, goal orientation, and problem-solving ability.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and ease of working in teams within agile environments.
