What are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a Product Owner for the IT, Data, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Department.
The person's mission will be the management of digital products in the scope of Supply Chain and Store Operations throughout their lifecycle.

Strategy and Backlog: Create and maintain the product backlog, grouping strategic items and ensuring their associated documentation.
Demand Management: Take requirements, define functional solutions in SAP S/4 Hana, and validate scope with the business and technical teams.
Management Control: Evaluate and guarantee budget compliance (costs and deadlines) and the creation of solid Business Cases.
Project Execution: Direct the implementation of evolutions in the SAP S/4 Hana environment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and methodological compliance.
Knowledge Management: Generate and maintain updated technical and functional documentation, integrating contributions from internal and external teams.
Innovation and Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in methodologies and architecture simplification. Identify innovation opportunities in the market.
Cross-functional Coordination: Manage impacts with other POs and stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and minimizing risks.
Support: Supervise the maintenance and evolution of the products under their responsibility.

We would love to meet you if you have:
Higher education: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees.
Technical Knowledge: Functional SAP S/4 HANA (MM and SD Modules) in the Retail scope.
Knowledge in SAP CAR, FI-CO will be valued.
Experience in tracing and debugging errors to identify problems in business processes.
Project Management: Full design and implementation cycle, budget management, and multidisciplinary teams.
Tools: Proficiency in management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Office suites.
Soft Skills: Change management, team leadership, and adaptability to complex situations.
Languages: Upper-intermediate English.
