What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in functions related to Product Owner Proxy or functional coordination of development teams.
Knowledge of Java J2EE, XML, XSL, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and webservices.
Knowledge of Prosa, according to the terminology provided for the position.
Experience in management and prioritization of tasks for technical teams.
Analytical, communication, and delivery monitoring capacity.

Nice to have

Experience with Git and Nexus.
Knowledge of DevOps, ALM, and Robot Framework.
Experience with Scrum methodology.
Experience in team management.
Ability to analyze problems, manage dependencies, and facilitate solutions.

The role

Become the key link between business, users, and development, driving the evolution of applications in a technological environment based on Agile.

We are looking for a Product Owner Proxy profile with analytical capacity, backlog management, and technical team coordination skills, combining functional vision, user liaison, and delivery monitoring.

What you'll do

Plan and manage the backlog of the development team's applications.
Prioritize tasks and coordinate the team to ensure the progress of deliveries.
Analyze functional needs and collaborate with technical profiles in the definition of solutions.
Supervise testing and deployments.
Maintain liaison with clients, end users, and other stakeholders.
Monitor milestones, manage changes, and anticipate risks.
Identify dependencies and propose solutions to unblock work.
Participate in analysis and consulting tasks.
Work with Agile methodology, facilitating coordination between business and technology.

How you'll work

Work modality: remote from Spain, with preference for profiles from Madrid and the possibility of attending offices in Madrid in person when necessary.
Work location: Madrid, south zone of the city.
Schedule: flexible start between 7:30 and 9:00. Mondays and Wednesdays, 8 hours; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 hours; Fridays, 6 hours. In summer, schedule from 8:00 to 15:00.
Salary: based on work experience. Pending confirmation if it will be communicated in the offer.
Experience: between 3 and 8 years.
Availability: immediate start.
Assignment duration: 1 year.
