Area Retail Manager - Outlet Center Manager

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsibility positions within shopping centers, retail, and/or outlets.
• Experience in managing retail operators and brands.
• Demonstrable track record in business analysis, commercial development, and KPI management.
• Experience managing budgets, business plans, and P&L statements.

• Previous experience in outlet-type assets, retail destinations, or commercial parks is valued.

Retail Area Manager with a solid combination of experience in retail, shopping centers, and Outlets to lead the operations, commercial strategy, and profitability of a major benchmark commercial asset.

Reporting to Regional Management, you will assume full responsibility for the asset and will have among your main functions:

1. Design, implement, and execute the center's annual Business Plan, ensuring the fulfillment of economic and strategic objectives.
2. Lead the relationship with operators and brands, acting as the main interlocutor and contributing to maximizing their commercial performance.
3. Periodically analyze the main business KPIs: sales, footfall, profitability, conversion, average ticket, and commercial productivity.
4. Prepare executive reports for the property and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial results.
5. Participate actively in the definition and optimization of the commercial mix alongside the leasing and commercialization teams.
6. Drive commercial initiatives, promotions, events, and campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, sales, and the center's notoriety.
7. Lead and coordinate the human resources and providers associated with the asset management, fostering a culture of high performance and customer orientation.
8. Supervise the correct maintenance, conservation, and operation of the property, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, safety, and current regulations.
9. Perform market, competition, and consumer trend analyses to identify growth and positioning opportunities.
10. Institutionally represent the asset before public bodies, business associations, strategic partners, and media when necessary.
