We are looking for a Center Manager in Lleida for a consolidated business group in the automotive sector.

Operations and Logistics: Coordinate the vehicle reception, decontamination, and dismantling teams. It also involves managing all warehouse logistics, coordinating the responsible team, and supervising both inventory and compliance with environmental regulations.
Commercial: Carry out sales to workshops (B2B) and individuals (B2C), identify parts and compatibilities, and develop the commercial portfolio to ensure stock rotation. A very hands-on profile is sought that attends to customers in person and drives the sale of spare parts.
Administration: Supervise invoicing, collections, and the processing of vehicle write-offs through the corporate ERP. Additionally, it involves assuming responsibility for the center's profitability, controlling KPIs (sales, costs, productivity), and reporting results to management.
The working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: From 09:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 18:00h.
Saturdays: From 09:00h to 14:00h (this shift involves face-to-face commercial service and supervision).
