Requirements

What we're looking for

4 years of experience in support, automation, and optimization of critical deployments on large infrastructures.
Experience administering Linux/Unix systems.
Knowledge of scripting and automation with Python, Bash, Shell scripting.
Administration of cloud environments: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps).
Advanced handling of monitoring and logging with tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Zabbix, Elastic Stack, Loki, Redis, Metricbeat, Filebeat.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Kustomize).
Kubernetes administration and container orchestration (Docker, OpenShift, Fleet/OSquery).
Machine Learning.
University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar is desirable.

We need fearless people who are willing to achieve the impossible because we know that on the path to the impossible, unexpected solutions are found.

We are looking for a Senior SRE focused on the support, implementation, optimization, and automation of monitoring and observability solutions in on-premise and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate must possess skills in infrastructure, automation, and the integration of observability tools, as well as the ability to solve problems, work in a team, and deal with clients effectively.

What you'll do

Implement and optimize monitoring and observability solutions in hybrid infrastructures (on-premise and cloud).
Deploy and configure tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Loki, and others.
Automate monitoring processes and infrastructure configuration using Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Guarantee the stability and performance of the monitoring environment and the monitored systems.
Implement and manage dynamic and predictive alerting systems through data analysis.
Develop technical, functional, and executive dashboards by integrating various data sources in Grafana.
Manage infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Kubernetes and Docker.
Administer relational and time-series databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, InfluxDB, and Prometheus.
Drive SRE practices to boost the use of automation and simplify routine tasks by developing scripts and tools.
Perform daily support tasks, such as resolving incidents, processing change requests, and undertaking preventive maintenance actions.
Develop, maintain, and evaluate the metrics necessary to provide 24/7 support.
