Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist

At Grupo Carrefour, we are looking to hire an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician whose mission will be to coordinate, promote, advise, and integrate preventive activity, in accordance with the Prevention Plan established for the various companies within the Group, with the key objective of reducing risks derived from work activity that may affect the health of workers both individually and collectively.

Key indicators:

•Perform periodic visits to workplaces, analyze risk situations, and report appropriate action plans to management and center managers to resolve detected incidents.
•Perform risk assessments of the workplaces for the specialties managed by the Group's Prevention Service, as established in current regulations and under the established reference criteria.
•Guarantee, within the centers under their competence, the implementation of preventive activities agreed upon with external prevention services.
•Advise, and make themselves available to workplaces, during inspection situations, proceedings carried out by the labor authority, or other public bodies related to occupational risk prevention.
•Analyze national and regional regulations for each center based on its geographic location, to establish local actions if necessary, if these regulations are not integrated within the Preventive Programming established by the OHS Directorate.
•Collaborate in the integration of occupational risk prevention in the centers under their competence, through active and continuous advisory
•Monitor and control compliance with current risk prevention regulations
•Verify that the Coordination of preventive activity with external companies and ETTs (Temporary Employment Agencies) is carried out in compliance with legal obligations
•Advise on the planning of preventive measures derived from risk assessments, collaborating with the managers of each workplace to define actions, deadlines, and those responsible for implementing said preventive measures
•Participate, in an advisory capacity, in the Health and Safety Committees of the centers
