What you'll get

The annual salary for this position is between €24,000.00-€48,000.00 per year. Factors that may influence remuneration within this range include, among others, skills, training, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate. Factors that may influence remuneration within this salary range include, among others, skills, academic training, experience, participation in a collective bargaining agreement (CLA), usual market remuneration for the position, and other unique qualifications of the selected candidate.

This position may be eligible for short-term financial incentives, subject to plan requirements.

The role

Responsible for guaranteeing the continuity of the supply of materials necessary for the plant's production, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans and commitments to customers.

What you'll do

Daily management and monitoring of purchase orders to national and international suppliers.
Control of delivery dates and monitoring of critical materials to avoid production stoppages.
Continuous communication with suppliers to confirm deliveries, expedite orders, or resolve supply incidents.
Analysis of stock coverage, MRP needs, and shortage risks.
Coordination with Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure material availability.
Management of urgencies and recovery plans in the event of supplier delays.
Monitoring of supplier service indicators (OTD, purchase orders, supply risks).
Participation in operational meetings for the review of critical materials and action plans.
