What you'll do
Caser Residencial wants to incorporate a Nursing Assistant into its team for the "Las Arcadias" apartments in El Encinar (La Moraleja), which feature all types of services for the elderly.
Reporting directly to the Caser Cuidados Coordination in Madrid, your mission will be the direct care of users in performing activities of daily living in which they require support, depending on their degree of dependency, as well as personal care and care for their environment.
Their main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, support, and accompaniment to individualized nursing care plans.
- Care and accompaniment during acute pathology processes and worsening of health status, care in ADLs.
- Help with instrumental and social activities.
- Accompaniment in autonomy recovery programs and attention to the patient-nurse alarm system.
