Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
At least five years of professional practice is essential, with a minimum of two years of experience in the dependency care sector.
At least one year of experience in team management is essential.
Availability to work one weekend per month.

Nice to have

Valuable:
Experience / training in palliative care, dementia, and neurological and functional rehabilitation is highly valued.
Experience in residential management and/or healthcare management.
Experience in a newly opened center is highly valued.

Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Care Manager into its Caser Residenical business team for our care center in Zamora.

Reporting directly to the Director of our Zamora Residence, your mission will be to guarantee the care of the residents, promoting the professionalization of the staff under your charge.

What you'll do

Their main responsibilities include:

Plan, manage, supervise, and control the care activities of the center.
Plan the management of the human resources under your charge regarding ratios, work shifts, organization of workloads, etc.
Administer the material resources of your area, guaranteeing their correct use.
Guarantee compliance with the legal, quality, and internal regulations applicable to the care area.
