The role

Caser Servicios wants to expand its team, in the Caser Residencial business, with a Customer Service Manager for our Care Center in Arturo Soria, Madrid.

Reporting directly to the Center Director, your mission in this position will be to establish and maintain alliances with the various social agents in the center's environment, in order to leverage collaboration synergies and increase the center's occupancy.

Their main responsibilities include:

What you'll do

Acquisition of external clients and commercial service to families.
Carry out the commercial service of the center through visits to hospitals or social services.
Strengthening relationships with key agents in the sector.
Carry out commercial agreements with companies and associations.
Attention and advice to potential clients regarding the resource most suitable to their needs, and management of social demands.
Coordinate the admission, welcome, and adaptation of new residents.
Supervision and management of the team under your charge.
Retention of the internal client.
Marketing for the center.
