Requirements

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Assistant in hotels.
Have technical knowledge in: electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, fire protection, locksmithing, and painting.
Be a proactive, dynamic person with a desire to learn.

Nice to have

Knowledge in the use of GMAO tools is valued.

The role

Do you like the hotel industry and want to continue developing your professional career in the Maintenance area? Do you have experience following maintenance programs in hotels and applying the corresponding procedures for this area?

Come be part of our work team, in the position of Itinerant Maintenance Technician for Sercotel Hotel Group for our hotels located in Barcelona, where your main functions will be:

What you'll do

Assist in the direct performance of maintenance tasks, ensuring that the regulatory operations defined in the facility regulations or in the technical instructions that develop them are carried out, and that the corresponding values of the different parameters are maintained within the required limits.
Control and supervise the visits and the work carried out by contracted external companies providing maintenance services for specified facilities.
Comply with the Maintenance Plan and its recording both in GMAO and on paper support when necessary.
Communicate incidents to the Hotel Director as soon as possible.
Assist in the care and cleaning of machine rooms, facilities, electrical panels, workshop, etc.
Store products and distribute received goods.

How you'll work

Shifts from 09 to 18 from Monday to Saturday (rest on Sunday + another rotating day)
