Organizational Development Leader

From Catenon we are looking for an Organizational Development Leader to join a renowned leading hotel chain with its headquarters in Palma de Mallorca. This opportunity arises at a key moment of deep transformation and generational change, where the organization is evolving toward a much more agile, technological, and efficient working model. We are looking for a true change agent who wishes to take on a strategic cross-functional role with high executive exposure, reporting directly to Senior Management in the Organization area and working side by side with Vice Presidents and Directors from all divisions of the company.

In this professional challenge, your main mission will be to lead the diagnosis and redesign of the company's current operating model, rigorously and objectively identifying opportunities that maximize performance and improve business margins. You will be the engine that simplifies structures and clarifies responsibilities, also acting as a key strategic link between the technical areas, especially the IT department, the business, and the people. One of your major value levers will be your innovative vision toward technology, as you will very practically drive the adoption of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to transform the way work is done and raise productivity per function and employee. To ensure the success and return on investment of each initiative, you will be responsible for defining and strictly monitoring KPIs of efficiency and economic impact, while also promoting much more dynamic and results-oriented governance models.

To fit successfully into this role, you must bring a minimum track record of between four and six years in strategic or operations consulting, or leading similar internal projects of organizational transformation, restructuring, and operational efficiency with demonstrable ROI. We are looking for professionals with a university education, with profiles in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics being highly valued, as well as a fluent level of English (C1/C2) that allows you to interact with complete ease in a global and multicultural environment.

It is essential that you have deep knowledge or high immersion in the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem applied to business efficiency, being a "friendly" profile with technology that quickly detects opportunities for digital optimization.

At a competency level, this position requires mature leadership ability and outstanding linguistic and communication richness, indispensable for facilitating working sessions with senior management and guiding human teams in highly demanding environments. We are looking for someone with impeccable tolerance for frustration and great flexibility to navigate cultures where many departments are in the process of professionalization development to elevate them to the next level, and "soft touch" is required to manage complex situations and lead deep organizational changes.

The position requires permanent residence in Palma de Mallorca, since to immerse yourself in the corporate culture and conduct key interviews with the different stakeholders, constant presence at headquarters is needed, with the benefit of one remote work day per week.
