Continuous Improvement Intern

In this adventure, Moeve professionals will accompany you so that you can get the most out of this experience, becoming an expert in process optimization, digitalization, and automation through advanced tools and artificial intelligence.

• You will support the digitalization and automation of processes, helping to identify improvement opportunities, converting manual flows into digital ones, and documenting the impact achieved with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python.

• You will collaborate in the application of Lean and Kaizen methodologies in real environments, participating in team initiatives and helping to use tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3, or SIPOC to measure improvements through KPIs.

• You will help in the management and optimization of processes through mapping (BPMN), requirements analysis, and the creation of standard documentation focused on efficiency and user experience.

• You will provide support to the team in data analysis applied to continuous improvement, collaborating in the creation of dashboards, control indicators, and insights for decision-making.

• You will learn to interact with the various managers of the area, translating internal customer needs into digital solutions and developing skills in change management and user support.

• Students in the final years of a degree or master's in Computer Engineering or a similar qualification.

• Have at least 120 approved credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• With a desire to learn, grow, and provide technical rigor in digitalization, continuous improvement, and internal customer orientation.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, as well as process mapping and analysis (AS IS / TO BE).

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

• Knowledge of digitalization and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or others).

• Fluent use of collaborative tools (Teams, Miro, SharePoint).

• Knowledge and interest in the use of AI, agent creation, and prompting.

• Notions of change management and a strong orientation toward the internal customer.

• Great communication skills and excellent orientation toward teamwork.

• Minimum duration of 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
