The role
As part of our continued commitment to innovation and operational excellence, we are seeking a dedicated student or recent graduate to join our team as an Excellence Projects Intern. This role offers a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn how we implement high-impact projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance across our organization.
This position focuses on supporting the coordination and administration of projects under the Welcome U initiative, aimed at promoting excellence in all facets of company operations. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced project managers, assist cross-functional project teams, and learn how project objectives are aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
What you'll do

Assist in the planning, organization, and tracking of excellence-oriented projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify process improvements and document best practices.

Help monitor project progress and updates, assisting the team in keeping timelines and quality standards on track.

Support transparent communication by preparing data, updates, and reports for various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
