What you'll do

As a fundamental part of our team, your main mission will be to represent the company in your assigned geographic area, promoting at all times an excellent image of quality, product, and service to the customer. Additionally, you will have a key strategic role, being responsible for collaborating in the fulfillment of the annual budget and for defining the sales plans and programs necessary for the commercial success of the unit.

  • Manage direct sales actions to customers, establishing commercial conditions such as prices, delivery dates, and credit levels.

  • Maintain an active visit schedule and continuous direct contact with current customers, potential customers, and public administrations.

  • Provide specialized technical advice and assistance to customers in both the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

  • Perform monitoring and control of the sales plan and budget using SAP, analyzing deviations to provide solutions and corrective measures.

  • Request and collect commercial and economic information from customers to propose appropriate credit limits.

  • Manage non-conformities in the Quality Management System and enter customer records into Salesforce (CRM).
