Health and Safety Expert

• Regulated university degree (engineers or graduates, technical engineering degrees or diplomas). Accredited training in occupational risk prevention at the advanced level (art. 37 RSP), with at least 3 preventive specialities.

• Regulated university education related to environmental matters.

• B2 level of English.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions or responsibilities.

You will be a key player in ensuring effective protection in occupational health and safety through an appropriate and rigorous response to the requirements of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and the standards established by Cerealto.

• You will provide support and advice on Health and Safety matters to the organisation's leaders, with particular importance given to the plant health and safety officers.

• You will ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety management system is properly implemented and executed.

• You will ensure compliance with and implementation of legal and internal requirements, as well as "professional best practices" within the organization.

• You will participate in forums, meetings and decision-making that directly or indirectly impact people's health and safety.

• You will collaborate in consolidating a preventive Health and Safety culture at work.

• You will promote safe behaviours and positive attitudes among all collaborating colleagues.

• You will identify training and development needs within the centres assigned for your preventive management.

• You will identify the structural improvements needed in your area of responsibility.

• You will coordinate effectively with the plant health and safety officers.

• You will establish positive collaborative relationships with external partner agents.

• Salary: between 37,000 - 46,000 euros gross per year plus 10% as variable pay.
