Job Offer: Senior Health and Safety Technician

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Senior Health and Safety Technician to join an important industrial construction project. The selected person will be responsible for supervising compliance with preventive measures on-site, guaranteeing the correct application of Health and Safety regulations and promoting a solid preventive culture during all phases of the project.

We are looking for a profile with experience in occupational risk prevention on-site, the ability to coordinate with the various project agents, and a vocation for working in industrial environments of high technical demand.

What you'll do

Supervise Health and Safety on-site, guaranteeing compliance with the Health and Safety Plan.
Control and review preventive documentation, ensuring its correct updating.
Prepare annexes, procedures, and instructions to improve the preventive operations of the project.
Draft weekly reports on the state of safety and the progress of the works.
Participate in safety inductions for new hires.
Coordinate with the Health and Safety Coordinator (CSS) and with the main contractor regarding preventive matters.
Promote the preventive culture and ensure compliance with current regulations.
