What you'll do

CHANEL Insider: knowledge of the Brand, its novelties, heritage, iconic creations, know-how, and CSR commitments, shared with clients as well as with the team.
Adopts and shares the CHANEL vision of beauty: at CHANEL, a woman is beautiful when she is self-assured.
Influencer: curious about beauty, style, and well-being... and committed to keeping their knowledge up to date to inspire their clients.
Respects grooming and dress code guidelines at all times.
Ensures the workspace is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times.
Experience creator: the Beauty Confidant turns every client encounter into a unique, exclusive moment, committed to the Brand.
Adopts the Beauty Confidant posture: builds a secure, lasting relationship with the client, based on authenticity, relevance, and emotional connection.
Systematically offers a service, advice, a technique, and a follow-up invitation... turning every product purchase into a memorable moment with CHANEL.
Masters the protocols of all services offered in the Boutique; proactively offers services to clients and delivers them with flawless execution and the CHANEL beauty coaching posture.
Storymaker: leverages their knowledge of the Brand and what they learn about the client to create unique stories with and for each client.
Actively contributes to delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for clients.
Handles client complaints and service requests effectively and in accordance with guidelines; manages complex and challenging situations.
Contributes to building the business by achieving the Boutique's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Knows and understands business objectives and maintains discretion regarding all aspects of the CHANEL business.
Leverages products, services, sales techniques, and sampling... to recruit, retain, and increase client loyalty.
Captures meaningful client data, carries out client acquisition actions, and manages their client portfolio... to create and maintain personalized client relationships, drive traffic, and develop business. Uses CHANEL CRM tools and follows internal clienteling guidelines.
