We are looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager to contribute to the strategic development and growth of the Special Care portfolio in Spain and Portugal, working in a highly specialized, cross-functional environment oriented toward generating value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the health system.
Main mission
To lead the marketing strategy and business development of the assigned products within the Special Care portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the definition and execution of solid brand strategies aligned with the Business Unit's objectives.
The position will play a key role in building the brand strategy, integrating market insights, customer and stakeholder needs, scientific evidence, and business priorities, while working transversally with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other key functions.

What you'll do

• Lead the brand strategy and the Brand Plan for the assigned products, defining priorities, strategic objectives, positioning, and main growth levers.
• Continuously analyze the market, competitive environment, customer journey, and the evolution of key stakeholders, transforming insights into opportunities and strategic decisions.
• Develop a deep vision of the business and the hospital environment, identifying opportunities for growth, differentiation, and value generation for the brands.
• Lead the preparation and implementation of the Customer Plan, ensuring appropriate segmentation and prioritization of customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely and transversally with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Commercial Excellence to build and implement an integrated and coherent strategy.
• Lead cross-functional projects and teams, promoting alignment between different functions and ensuring excellent execution of strategic priorities.
• Design and develop customer engagement and omnichannel strategies, identifying the most relevant channels, content, and initiatives for each stakeholder.
• Build and maintain, together with Medical, a solid understanding of the KOL ecosystem, scientific societies, reference centers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, portfolio extensions, new products, or indications, performing market, feasibility, and commercial potential analyses.
• Lead sales forecast planning, working jointly with Sales, Finance, and Supply to ensure adequate business planning.
• Define and manage the marketing budget, prioritizing investments based on their expected impact and performing continuous monitoring of results and return.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for key initiatives, monitoring their impact and adapting the strategy when necessary.
• Maintain an updated vision of the competitive environment and market trends, anticipating risks and opportunities that may affect brand development.
• Act as a marketing reference for the assigned products, providing strategic direction and support to the commercial team and contributing to the development of their capabilities and brand knowledge.
• Collaborate with Global teams, adapting the international strategy to the needs and particularities of the Spanish and Portuguese markets and contributing local insights to the global strategy.
• Ensure that all strategies, projects, and activities are developed in accordance with the Code of Good Practice, internal procedures, and Chiesi's Compliance standards.
