The role

CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Workshop Manager with experience and high knowledge in haute couture for its Store Workshop located in Zaragoza.

Functions:

What you'll do

Guide, coordinate, and supervise the work of the workshop team and foster a good working environment.
Responsible for evaluating the Workshop's products and processes.
Resolve and anticipate possible problems and workloads.
Adapt the team's work pace to the fitting schedule.
Perform and supervise the alterations marked on dresses, meeting established timelines.
Offer support to the Advisors in the fitting room by controlling and reviewing the dresses received from headquarters, in order to guarantee the established quality requirements.
Work together with the Store Director to organize alterations on time.
Performing ironing work.
Supervision of deliveries.

Requirements

Experience in a similar position is valued.
Training: Cutting and sewing.
Extensive experience in sewing and in the use of all types of necessary machinery and tools such as (lockstitch - serger/overlock - overlock).
Previous experience in bridal, evening wear, or similar is valued.
Responsible, resourceful person, oriented towards quality and the customer.
