We are looking for a Buyer for Perfumery categories on a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave!

Have you just finished your higher education and are you looking to build your career in the Retail sector? We are looking for a Junior Buyer for our Perfumery categories. This is a full immersion opportunity in fast-moving consumer goods management, ideal for profiles with a solid analytical foundation, high mental agility, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior at the point of sale.

What you'll do

Design and execute the strategic product plan for the assigned categories, defining a relevant and competitive offering.
Select, negotiate, and optimize the assortment, based on market research, consumer trends, and performance data.
Source and interact with national and international suppliers, ensuring optimal commercial terms and products aligned with consumer expectations.
Analyze category performance, using business metrics, analytical tools, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, whether through launches, relaunches, or the creation of new product ranges.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, supply, trade, digital) for an effective implementation consistent with the brand strategy.
