What are we looking for?

• Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.

• Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with at least 3 specialties.

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in industrial environments.

• Experience in the automotive sector (valuable).

• Knowledge of IT tools and data exploitation.

• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Your Mission

Lead the Safety and OHS area throughout the company, guaranteeing training and actively contributing to preventive measures.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Define and implement action plans related to OHS. 

• Contribute actively to developing new standards and procedures that will provide direction and guidance to employees regarding them, in addition to working on  the continuous improvement of risk assessments for the different positions.

• Ensure the management of medical check-ups.

• Ensure the management of worker documentation.

• Manage the coordination of activities procedure with external companies.

• Manage  the necessary OHS training for all Clicars personnel.

• Manage the dashboard and KPIs, and perform management reports. 

• Define and manage the E2E process of corrective and preventive actions. 

• Perform internal audits and manage and participate in external ones.

• Investigate accidents and incidents. 

• Ensure the proper management of waste, monitoring of consumption, and other environmental aspects, providing support and advice to the different areas.

• Act as the interlocutor before Quality, Safety, and Environment bodies, and before the competent authority

• Management and coordination of the team.
