What are we looking for?

● Academic qualification: FPII (Vocational Training Grade II) or higher

● 3 years of experience as a sales representative in the automotive sector and/or financing.

● Experience as a telephone sales advisor is essential.

● High level of spoken and written English is essential.

● Experience working with CRM. 

● Driver's license is essential.

● Experience working towards objectives is essential.

● Availability to travel during the training period 

Your Mission

Guaranteeing the best customer experience in the Market, by developing the buying-selling process, both via telephone and in person, for our product.

What will your day-to-day look like?

● Receiving and attending to customers both in person and by telephone, offering the best customer service.

● Advising on any doubts the customer may have.

● Informing customers about financing options and associated services.

● Following up with customers through a CRM.

● Full management of the sale, throughout the entire commercial process from reservation to vehicle preparation and subsequent delivery.

● Supervision of the signing of documentation.

● Full management of the purchase, throughout the entire negotiation process  defending the best possible price and managing documentation.

● Guaranteeing the optimal condition of the car regarding interior and exterior cleanliness.

● Receiving and moving vehicles.

● Inspecting vehicles according to the company's quality standard, potentially performing support tasks in vehicle maintenance.

● Resolution of incidents.

● Collaborating with the entire team to guarantee the optimal state of the showroom and the store.

• Schedule: 40h weekly, rotating Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30h  11:30-20:30h, Sat 10:00-19:00h. Three Saturdays per month are worked.
