Your Mission

Guarantee the seamless integration between recruitment processes and labor management at Clicars, ensuring a high-quality employee experience at every stage of their lifecycle within the company.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Manage the complete monthly payroll process with precision and punctuality
Advise on labor matters: dismissals, sick leave, contract terminations, settlements, and leaves of absence
Manage IT incidents, maternity/paternity benefits, and other labor processes
Control and monitor the costs of flexible compensation and social benefits
Manage subsidized training and its associated cost control
Coordinate with the workers' compensation insurance provider to monitor ITs and occupational accidents (ATs)
Perform monthly labor cost analyses and monitor the quarterly bonus
Implement, update, and maintain the payroll management software
Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly accounting closures related to payroll, including the review and reconciliation of salary concepts, social security, withholdings, provisions, and other accounting entries derived from labor management.
Be the point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, corrections, and incidents
