Your Mission

Guarantee the optimal conditions of the vehicle's bodywork through pre-painting preparation and support in bodywork area tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Comprehensive surface preparation: sanding, filling, priming, masking, and polishing.

• Repair of minor bodywork defects (imperfections, scratches, and small dents).

• Pre-painting quality control: verification of smoothness, cleanliness, and correct adhesion.

• Constant coordination with the Painting and Production team to meet times and standards.

• Professional use of specific tools for the area.

• Strict compliance with safety protocols and use of PPE.

• Active participation in continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Intensive workday: Rotating shifts (from 06:30 to 14:30 and from 14:30 to 22:30) that allow you to have mornings or afternoons free.
