The role

We are looking for a Receptionist for our clinics, who will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, offering exceptional service and guaranteeing a positive experience.

What you'll do

Kind and professional attention to patients and visitors.
Management of the appointment calendar in HAL, scheduling, and agenda confirmation.
Control and management of contracts and treatment payments.
Daily cash balancing and invoice control.
Efficient handling and management of incoming calls.
Registration and updating of patient data with confidentiality.
Support in administrative tasks and coordination of supplies.
Assistance in the registration process and resolution or redirection of inquiries.
Maintenance of a clean and welcoming reception area.
